Gray Media is hiring a General Manager for WLFI 18 News, a CBS and CW Plus television station serving the Lafayette-West Lafayette area. The role leads the station’s multi-platform news, ratings, revenue, operations, compliance, budgeting, hiring, and community leadership, reporting to a Senior Operating Officer - Local Media. Candidates need 10+ years of media experience, including experience as a General Manager, Director of Sales, or News Director, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and leadership skills, financial reporting knowledge, and familiarity with employment-law compliance.
