ENVA is hiring a full-time General Operative in Grantham to sort, handle, dismantle, and process small domestic appliances and refrigeration units for recycling or disposal. The role involves operating shredding and baling machinery, inspecting materials, following health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting production targets. It is based in a warehouse or processing facility, requires physical work and PPE, and pays £13.05 per hour for 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm shifts, with £13.34 per hour for 10pm–6am shifts.
