Description
The Abattoir General Operative will work on the factory floor in Kepak Kilbeggan, producing meat cuts and trims according to company specifications while maintaining line speed and production targets. The role includes prestart and hygiene checks, safe operation of knives and machinery, Lean Manufacturing participation, reporting product issues, and following health and safety procedures. The position requires physical stamina, teamwork, independence, and a willingness to learn; previous abattoir experience is advantageous but not required.
