Description
Kepak is hiring General Operatives for its factory floor in Athleague to support daily production, meet customer demand, operate and maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and follow hygiene and safety procedures. The role may be assigned to different production departments and requires teamwork, communication, physical fitness, attention to detail, and flexibility for evenings and some weekends. Previous food-production experience is advantageous but not essential, and full training is provided.
