Molex is hiring a full-time General Operator for its first shift at a busbar manufacturing facility in Monee, Illinois. The role performs general manufacturing operations such as production support, tumbling, cleaning, deburring, tapping, sanding, light assembly, machine operation, and packing; also reports defective materials and maintains a clean, safe work area. Applicants need legal authorization to work permanently in the United States, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 40 pounds, and the ability to read numbers and accurately count parts. Previous manufacturing experience, blueprint-reading, measurement, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and communication are advantageous. The position does not offer employment visa sponsorship and requires proof of U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent resident status, or export authorization eligibility.
