Enva is hiring a full-time Pre-Pick Operative for its Perth site to identify, segregate, and prepare Small Domestic Appliances before downstream recycling processing. The role involves quality control, hazardous-material removal, throughput support, health and safety compliance, teamwork, and housekeeping, with possible support in other operational areas. It is a night shift from 6pm to 6am Monday to Thursday, pays £13.50 to £14.00 depending on training and experience, and includes an additional £1.00 per hour for night shifts.
