Description
The General Practitioner will work in the Open Older Adults Clinic at Nieuwe Valerius, providing short-term biopsychosocial treatment, diagnoses, treatment planning, and recovery support for older adults with acute psychiatric conditions. The role includes guidance through treatments such as ECT and rTMS, collaboration with multidisciplinary and external experts, and participation in crisis services outside office hours under a psychiatrist's supervision. The position requires medical school completion and BIG registration, is available for 24 hours per week, starts on 1 December 2026, and offers a permanent employment contract with a year-end bonus and other benefits.
