Description
The role coordinates and executes the production plan by leading Production Supervisors and managing human resources, materials, equipment, and installed capacity. It is responsible for achieving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives; anticipating deviations; developing recovery plans; coordinating with customers and support departments; and supporting quality-management-system, ISO, safety, and continuous-improvement requirements. The position requires a professional degree and 3 to 5 years of production-management experience, with manufacturing operations, production planning, capacity management, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001:2015, industrial safety, and analytical skills listed as technical knowledge.
