Description
Netflix is hiring a General Program Manager L5 to own global developer education and enablement programs end to end. The role covers onboarding, continuing education, technical training, documentation strategy, AI-assisted workflows, analytics, and blended learning initiatives. The manager will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences, guide content creation, manage training requests, create performance dashboards, and partner with Engineering, Product, Support, instructional designers, technical writers, subject-matter experts, and facilitators. The role requires occasional travel to Netflix offices and experience with public speaking, GenAI tools, data-driven decision-making, train-the-trainer models, documentation strategy, large-scale initiatives, and global or remote training.
