Description
The Technician III-Roving operates and maintains facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems through inspections, troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, and on-demand service. The role manages work orders, supports facility projects, maintains client relations, and complies with environmental, health, safety, and fire-protection requirements. It is a regular full-time position requiring a high school diploma, trades training or certification, and at least three years of relevant preventive or corrective maintenance experience, with an hourly range of $26.46 to $31.13.
