Description
The General Service Technician at Monro is a blended role responsible for both front-counter duties and routine vehicle maintenance and repairs. Key responsibilities include tire services, oil changes, basic maintenance, inventory management, store cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. This role also involves providing a superior guest experience, driving sales, and acting as a key holder/manager on duty when needed. The position requires effective communication of vehicle issues and solutions to guests and maintaining technical knowledge through company training.
