Description
The General Service Technician (Hybrid) at Monro is a blended role with front and back shop responsibilities, including front counter duties at least two days a week. Responsibilities include performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance, communicating vehicle issues and solutions to guests, and managing the store as a key holder and manager on duty (MOD) when needed. The position requires automotive training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate customer vehicles. Additional duties include inventory management, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.
