VSL Civil is recruiting a General Superintendent – Heavy Civil Construction to provide leadership and oversight across multiple heavy civil and structural concrete projects. The role manages field operations, workforce planning, safety, scheduling, quality, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery while mentoring field leadership. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 10–15+ years of heavy civil construction experience, extensive structural concrete and bridge construction experience, and the ability to travel or relocate to project sites. The position offers a base salary of $130,000–$150,000.
