Description
Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a General Superintendent to oversee field construction operations for water and wastewater treatment plant projects in Central Texas. The role coordinates labor staffing, equipment, subcontractors, project support, quality control, safety compliance, and weekly field meetings, while managing medium- to large-diameter transmission line installations and related pipe systems. Candidates need at least 5–7 years of progressively responsible civil construction experience, water or wastewater plant construction experience, construction leadership experience, and knowledge of MS Office and Bluebeam software.
