Balfour Beatty is hiring a General Superintendent in Charlotte to lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects. The role coordinates subcontractors and self-performed work, manages site safety and schedules, supports project budgeting and preconstruction planning, approves materials and subcontractor charges, maintains progress and closeout documentation, and mentors field personnel. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 10 years of commercial construction field experience, strong structural, MEP, and architectural coordination knowledge, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
