Gaylor Electric, Inc. is hiring a General Superintendent based in Indianapolis to oversee multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects. The role supervises 50+ employees, including field supervisors, crew leaders, journeypersons, apprentices, and helpers; plans materials, tools, and equipment; manages construction schedules, budgets, quality, and close-outs; reviews project documents; coordinates contractors and vendors; maintains customer relationships; and conducts performance evaluations. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program; at least four years of field supervision or management experience; and strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and technology skills.
