The role supervises field crews, manages schedules and subcontractor coordination, controls quality, safety, materials, costs, and documentation, and serves as the primary on-site leader for clients and stakeholders. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of superintendent, foreman, or similar experience in electrical contracting, and preferably construction-management or electrical-technology credentials, OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, and electrical journeyman or master electrician credentials.
