Description
JRM Construction is hiring a General Superintendent to lead field operations across the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of projects. The role manages and develops field staff, coordinates with project management and field operations leadership, oversees safety, schedule, quality, logistics, client and subcontractor relationships, risk mitigation, and project closeout. The General Superintendent reports to the Field Operations Director and provides periodic project oversight, site reviews, training, and escalation of significant issues.
