Loenbro, LLC is hiring a full-time General Superintendent in Afton, Texas to oversee large-scale construction projects, manage field leadership teams, and ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and contract requirements. The role serves as a technical authority on construction documents, leads project planning and controls, coordinates with clients and subcontractors, and manages complex commercial, industrial, civil, data center, healthcare, transportation, and high-rise projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of superintendent experience on projects valued at $50 million or more, and knowledge of construction codes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
