Description
Nox Group, through its RMCI operating company, is hiring a General Superintendent to lead complex, large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects across hyperscale and enterprise environments. The role oversees project team success, safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, profitability, labor projections, and project execution, while mentoring field leaders, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and applying Lean Construction practices. Candidates need extensive project leadership experience, Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and OSHA 30 certification; the work is safety-sensitive and may involve physical site duties.
