Description
S&B USA Construction is hiring a General Superintendent to direct field construction activities and personnel across multiple job sites and ensure projects meet budget, schedule, safety, quality, and contract objectives. The role supervises foremen and subcontractors, manages construction sequencing and scheduling, resolves field issues, supports project close-out, and coordinates with the Project Manager and owner representatives. It requires at least eight years of experience in demolition, heavy civil, or heavy highway construction in a General Foreman or Craft Superintendent capacity, along with knowledge of earthwork, grading, drainage, machine control, and construction scheduling.
