BillionToOne is hiring an onsite General Supervisor to lead and oversee its growing CLIA laboratory team responsible for processing pregnancy blood samples for its non-invasive prenatal testing program. The role supervises pre-analytical and analytical operations, scheduling, troubleshooting, CLIA staff, process improvement, training, validations, and recruitment, and reports to the Director of Laboratory Operations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant science, current or previous supervisory experience, at least 4–5 years of clinical laboratory experience, a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License, and hands-on molecular biology experience. The position offers a total compensation package of $263,772 per year, including a base pay range of $192,932–$218,657 per year and a 20% weekday PM shift differential.
