Description
Nevada Regional Medical Center is seeking a General Surgeon Physician for a broad-based role at a 71-bed rural community hospital serving an underserved population of approximately 20,000. The position includes inpatient and outpatient surgical care, routine and complex general surgery, colonoscopies and upper endoscopies, and collaboration with nursing, anesthesia, and medical staff. Candidates must have an MD or DO eligible for Missouri licensure, completed an accredited general surgery residency, be board certified or board eligible in general surgery, maintain current procedural competency, and hold or obtain ACLS and BLS certifications.
