Description
The HVAC Maintenance Technician inspects, repairs, and maintains HVAC, air quality control, refrigeration, electrical, piping, and pool and spa systems; monitors temperature, energy, and utilities usage; calibrates controls and gauges; and performs routine maintenance. The role requires EPA Universal Certification, a driver's license, and HVAC certification, with a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least three years of related work experience preferred. No supervisory experience is required.
