The role involves various tasks such as communicating with internal stakeholders, following detailed instructions, using electronic devices like tablets and scanners, basic math skills for counting and accurate calculations, adherence to safety protocols, comprehension of product documentation, proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (RF and Voice directed picking), general housekeeping duties, reporting incidents, processing inbound/outbound shipments, assisting in production, conducting work safely, working independently in a fast-paced distribution environment, being dependable and flexible, meeting production standards, demonstrating quality and accuracy in material handling, and moving products manually or with a pallet jack.
