Optexity is hiring a generalist operator to work directly with the founders on partnerships, developer community, recruiting, market research, and other ambiguous cross-functional projects. The role builds relationships with healthcare private-equity firms, hospitals, clinics, and health-AI developers; sources candidates; runs market research; represents the company at industry events; and converts conversations into pipeline. It requires strong communication, relationship-building, research, synthesis, structured thinking, and the ability to operate in ambiguity, with healthcare exposure and startup experience preferred.
