Vapi is hiring a Generalist Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating functions, primarily sales, in its growing GTM organization. The role partners with executive leadership and hiring managers, develops sourcing and talent-pipeline strategies, manages structured interviews and offer strategy, tracks hiring metrics, and supports employer branding and junior-recruiter development. The position seeks 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in high-growth startups and AI or SaaS markets, and offers a base salary of $235,000 to $280,000 plus equity and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
