Prime Intellect is hiring a generalist software engineer to build Prime Agent, an open-source coding and research agent. The role owns features end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring, and involves developing agent interfaces, cloud agents, self-improving loops, integrations, internal tooling, and developer experience. Candidates must be based in San Francisco and work in person, with TypeScript and Python, developer tools, asynchronous systems, and product judgment required. The position offers $150,000–$300,000 in cash compensation plus equity, visa sponsorship, and relocation support.
