The Generalist Teacher (Grades: Pre-K) develops and implements lesson plans aligned with district curriculum requirements, ensuring they accommodate diverse student learning styles. This role involves presenting subject matter according to state and board guidelines, establishing effective classroom management, and fostering positive student behavior. The teacher continuously evaluates student progress, communicates with parents, and collaborates with colleagues to identify and address student needs.
