Qualcomm AI Research is hiring an Algorithms Engineer to research and develop advanced generative AI models and systems, including LLM, LVM, VLM, omni models, MoE architectures, quantization, training and fine-tuning, efficient inference, model compression, and on-device and cloud model-efficiency solutions. The role requires Python and PyTorch programming and collaboration across hardware, software, and systems teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant engineering experience, a master’s degree plus 1+ year of relevant experience, or a PhD in a related field.
