Description
BTG Pactual is hiring a Generative AI and Machine Learning Engineer to act as the technical reference between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The role leads Generative AI and machine learning products through ideation, design, delivery, and production support; designs AI pipelines; defines engineering and model-evaluation practices; and mentors developers. It requires a relevant undergraduate degree, at least 2–3 years since graduation, 3–4 years of data science experience including 2 years with Generative AI and LLM solutions, and strong Python, cloud, database, machine learning, and software engineering skills. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week at the office in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro.
