Shield AI is hiring a Senior AI Engineer, Hivemind Learning & Development, to build AI-powered training products, developer tools, workshops, labs, assessments, and learning workflows for Hivemind. The role combines production AI engineering, large language model and generative AI tooling, prompt-based content generation, technical education, and evaluation. It requires software engineering fundamentals, Python and C++ proficiency, experience with AI-enabled products and technical learning systems, and the ability to translate complex software concepts into practical learning solutions. The position is full-time or temporary and includes pay, bonus, benefits, and equity.
