NewsBreak is hiring a Generative AI Creative Engineer to own an end-to-end agentic creative pipeline that generates and optimizes images and videos for Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap. The role involves building a closed-loop LLM critic, video production workflows, generative-model routing, policy-compliant pre-flight checks, brand-style LoRA and DreamBooth checkpoints, and event-triggered ad pipelines. Candidates should have hands-on experience with diffusion and video models, LoRA training, ComfyUI workflows, serverless inference, and generative-video model failure modes. The position offers a Bay Area base salary of $120,000–$220,000 USD, equity, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
