Citi is hiring a Generative AI Data Scientist to design, train, validate, deploy, monitor, and govern LLM-based solutions for a live client engagement platform serving financial advisors. The role covers Python, SQL, prompt engineering, RAG, model fine-tuning, product analytics, and collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. It requires 1–3 years of AI or data science experience, proficiency in Python and SQL, familiarity with LLM frameworks, and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline. The position is full time and hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
