Description

Deda Next is hiring a Generative AI Engineer to design, implement, and evaluate AI solutions using language models, AI agents, and RAG architectures. The role covers the full AI pipeline, including data ingestion, retrieval, performance evaluation, optimization, backend development in Python, REST APIs, and web interfaces. Candidates need at least three years of experience with LLMs and Generative AI, RAG systems, Python, and API development, while experience with GenAI frameworks, vector databases, cloud services, CI/CD, observability, and model management is preferred.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, structured output, AI Agents, function/tool calling, context management, and model integration via APIs.
Experience designing and developing RAG solutions, including document ingestion, preprocessing, chunking, embeddings, semantic and hybrid search, vector databases, retrieval, reranking, and answer-quality evaluation.
Experience evaluating and optimizing LLM/RAG systems through testing, benchmarking, and analysis of retrieval and answer quality.
Experience developing Python applications and REST APIs with FastAPI, applying software engineering principles, and building prototypes and AI interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GenAI and AI Agents frameworks, vector databases, semantic search engines, Docker, cloud AI services, CI/CD, observability, LLM tracing, and open-source model management.
