PubMatic is hiring an AI Engineer to build and optimize Generative AI and AI agent solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and large language models. The role leads technical design and deployment, fine-tunes and evaluates LLMs, develops multi-agent systems, and integrates AI capabilities into customer-facing products. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience, strong LLM and agent-development knowledge, Python proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent degree. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely, and includes healthcare insurance and broadband reimbursement.
