Description
Pearce is hiring a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers. The role involves maintaining, diagnosing, installing, replacing, and upgrading generator systems; performing performance checks; installing fuel, water, electrical, and control components; responding to alarms; and working on call 24/7. Candidates need at least one year of generator and electrical maintenance-related experience, knowledge of generator installations and electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, and the ability to travel, work extended hours, and perform physically demanding work. The position offers a base pay range of $30–$40 USD, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
