Description
The Tester role performs system tests, diagnoses and repairs equipment, conducts maintenance, supports engineering and quality initiatives, and may assist with rigging, welding, and ERP transactions. Three levels are offered: Tester I, Tester II, and Tester III, with 1st-shift Monday–Thursday hours and hourly pay of $23.25, $26.75, and $29.25 respectively. Requirements vary by level, including high school education, associate degrees or certifications, and experience ranges from 0–2 years for Tester I to 2–6 years for Tester II and III.
