Michigan State University Extension is hiring a full-time Genesee County 4-H Program Coordinator in Flint, Michigan to lead and support local 4-H youth development programming, volunteer recruitment and training, community partnerships, program promotion, needs assessments, and financial oversight for county-based 4-H activities. The role emphasizes outreach to diverse and underserved youth and families, collaboration with Extension leadership and local partners, and delivery of programs through clubs, after-school, in-school, mentoring, and special interest groups. The position is off-dated for one year with possible extension depending on funding, includes some nights and weekends, and allows limited flexible work with an expectation to work from a county office.
