Description
The Genesis I&A Consultant provides onsite and remote consulting and educational services to hospitals implementing and sustaining Intuitive da Vinci and Ion robotic-assisted surgery programs. The role focuses on instrument and accessory handling, reprocessing standards, troubleshooting, program readiness, standardization, efficiency, staff training, customer engagement, data analysis, and collaboration with sales, service, marketing, and support teams. It also includes medical-device consulting in Austria and Germany after appropriate training, requires at least five years of healthcare or hospital-management experience, fluent English and a local language, and up to 70% overnight travel.
