Cronos Europa Portugal is hiring a Senior/Expert Genesys Cloud Architect for a full-time nearshore assignment in Lisbon. The role defines the strategic architecture and target state for a global automotive manufacturer’s contact centre and customer engagement capabilities across voice and digital channels, including routing, self-service automation, workforce engagement, reporting, and integrations with CRM, case management, and enterprise data platforms. The assignment starts on 1 October 2026, lasts at least six months and can extend up to three years, and requires minimum three days per week on-site in Lisbon. Candidates need at least eight years of contact centre technology experience, including at least three years architecting on Genesys Cloud, along with professional English proficiency.
