Description
Cronos Europa Portugal is hiring a Genesys Cloud Contact Centre Developer for a full-time nearshore delivery assignment starting in the first half of September 2026 and lasting up to three years. The role is based in Lisbon with at least three days per week on-site, includes initial onboarding in the Netherlands, and involves building and maintaining Genesys Cloud flows, routing, IVR, digital channels, API integrations, CRM and enterprise service connections, automation, testing, reporting, and incident resolution. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least four years of contact centre platform development experience including two years with Genesys Cloud, strong English, and relevant technical skills.
