Description
The Genesys Cloud Developer / Technical Engineer will join an internal development team to design, develop, configure, and improve a cloud-based contact centre platform and its connected systems. Responsibilities include Genesys Cloud development and administration, API and microservices integrations, IVR and routing workflows, troubleshooting, monitoring, modernization, and cloud migration. The role requires several years of hands-on Genesys Cloud experience, practical Genesys Cloud Architect expertise, and development experience in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python, along with REST, microservices, and event-driven integration knowledge.
