Genuine Dining is hiring a Support Chef Manager for contract catering across multiple sites in the Midlands. The role develops and refreshes menus, trains and mentors site chefs, maintains culinary standards, oversees kitchen financials including GP% and cost control, and leads seasonal projects. Candidates should have Head Chef or Chef Manager experience, ideally in large-volume kitchens, along with strong leadership, mentoring, creative, budget-management, and culinary-quality skills. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with travel and includes company events, pension, cycle-to-work, food discounts, enhanced leave, travel expenses, and a competitive salary.
