Description
This full-time permanent position supports operational information management activities, ensuring accurate handling of stored operational data in databases and its relationship with geographic information systems (GIS) at HALO Colombia locally, as well as feeding into national information systems. Key responsibilities include daily quality control of georeferenced information using tools like ArcGIS Pro, Survey123, and Field Maps, creating operational maps, tracking operations, providing donor deliverables, supporting new proposal formulation, identifying and updating internal reference cartographic information, assisting in peripheral system management, updating IMSMA platform operational information, monitoring DGPS Trimble polygon clearance data usage, offering basic technical support for software/hardware maintenance, and aiding equipment preparation, configuration, and installation.
