Description

Agnico Eagle is hiring a Mine Geologist to report to the Geology Superintendent and support the Hope Bay Project. The role oversees drilling programs, mapping, core logging, sampling, 3D modeling, geological databases, mineral-content and dilution analysis, and geological reconciliation for lateral development and ore production. It also supports core-shack and diamond-drilling activities, field work in development headings and stopes, and health and safety leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineering, at least five years of similar experience, and P. Geo NAPEG certification or eligibility to register. The schedule is 21 days of work followed by 21 days for transportation and rest, with flights from Edmonton or Yellowknife and on-site accommodations and meals.
