Description
Utah Tech University is hiring a full-time tenure-track Geology faculty member to teach undergraduate courses in structural geology, tectonics, and field geology, mentor undergraduate research projects, support field schools, contribute to curriculum and interdisciplinary initiatives, and participate in university service. The position requires a Ph.D. in Geology or a closely related field, expertise in structural geology and tectonics, undergraduate teaching effectiveness, and preferably postdoctoral experience. The role begins January 1 or July 1, 2027, with an annual salary of $63,000-$66,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
