Description
The Geomet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, planning, coordination, and operation of the Geomet department, including equipment and facility maintenance, human resources, unsupervised test work, sample routing, workflow improvement, client liaison, quality checks, LIMS logging, reporting, training, and overall KPI responsibility. The role also covers health and safety, quality and safety requirements, ISO17025 and SANAS compliance, and company policy enforcement. Required qualifications include Grade 12 or NQF Level 4, a BSc or N Diploma in Chemistry, and at least three years of experience in a similar field.
