Description
The 3DX PLM Support Engineer (L2/L3 Support) provides production and L2/L3 support for Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE PLM applications and related integrations. The role covers application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, BOM and change-management processes, ERP and other enterprise-system integrations, data migration, user access and security administration, platform upgrades, incident and change management, and on-call production support. It requires 8–10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years supporting 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications, along with SQL, REST APIs, Linux/Unix, log analysis, and PLM domain knowledge. The position is onsite in Dearborn, Michigan, with no overtime.
