Description
SGS Australia is hiring a Geospatial Engineer to support environmental and industrial inspection services by capturing, processing, and analysing spatial data from UAVs, ROVs, USVs, LiDAR, sonar, GNSS, satellite, and terrestrial surveys. The role produces orthomosaics, point clouds, DEMs/DSMs, 3D models, volumetric analyses, change-detection and terrain reports, and collaborates with field teams, engineers, project managers, and clients. Applicants should have a relevant degree, geospatial or UAV/ROV data experience, GIS proficiency, and an interest in environmental and infrastructure projects; scripting experience is advantageous.
